How to Cancel Netflix on App
Open any web browser of your choice on your smartphone and log in to your Netflix account. This method works for both Android and iOS. Once you’ve logged in to your account, tap on the Hamburger icon (☰) in the top-left corner. This will bring up the ‘Menu’ option from the left side of the screen.
Next tap on the “Account” button to get to your account’s membership menu. On the next screen, you will see your account information. Scroll down to the bottom of the page, until you see the “Cancel Membership” option under the “Membership & Billing” section. Tap on the ‘Cancel Membership’ button.
Next, it’ll ask you to confirm your account cancellation. Tap on the “Finish Cancellation” button. This will stop your Netflix subscription, however, you will still have access to the streaming service until the next billing period.
Cancel Netflix from Google Play Store or App Store
If you have access to Netflix through the Google Play Store or App Store, you have to go through the subscription option in the respective app. For Android, open the Google play app, Tap on the Hamburger icon (☰) in the top-left corner. Next, tap Subscriptions and from the list of your active subscriptions choose Netflix and tap on it to cancel the subscription. For iPhone and iPad, open the ‘App Store’ app, Tap on your profile picture on the top-left of the screen. Scroll down and tap Subscriptions, just below the Purchased option.
